The large kitchen has everything you’d need for a short or long term stay, fully equipped with plenty of pots, pans, cutlery, glassware, and serving utensils. Microwave, toaster, Keurig all for guest use. Grill on back patio, propane to be provided by tenant, and patio table and chairs to enjoy the serene outdoors. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer in unit.

This home has a very nice large lawn with a trail in the back of the home that leads to the main lake. Two car garage with lots of storage space and ample parking for guests. Short Term, 30/60/90 day lease. All utilities are provided. Free WIFI. A signed contract and verified ID is required to complete the reservation – no background/credit check required. Private community has a community code which all guests must agree to follow. Pets are welcome upon approval. No smoking inside of the premises. Note: guests may not bring their own motorboats unless a 6 month lease is signed.
